    • Fast Transaction Processing: utilizing the Optimism blockchain to ensure rapid transaction confirmations.
    • Cost Reduction through Proprietary L2 Rollup: leveraging advanced layer 2 rollup technology to minimize transaction fees and improve scalability.
    • Enhanced Security: employing account abstraction (ERC 4337) and two-factor authentication to safeguard user accounts and assets.
  3. Users agree to:
    • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to financial transactions, anti-money laundering (AML), and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT).
    • Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
    • Maintain the security and confidentiality of their account and personal information, and promptly notify EVEDEX LLC FZ of any suspected unauthorized access or security breaches.
  4. Account Registration. To use certain features of the platform, users may need to register an account. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. Users are responsible for:
    • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
    • All activities that occur under their account.
    • Immediately notifying EVEDEX LLC FZ of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

    • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the platform.
    • Using the platform for any commercial solicitation purposes without our prior written consent.
    • Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, conducting fraud, or hiding or attempting to hide your identity.
    • Using the platform in a manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the platform, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the platform in any manner.
  8. Limitation of Liability. EVEDEX LLC FZ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
    • The use or inability to use the platform.
    • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
    • Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.
    • Any other matter relating to the platform.
  9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EVEDEX LLC FZ, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EVEDEX LLC FZ operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms of Use.

  14. Severability. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
  15. Entire Agreement. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and EVEDEX LLC FZ with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and EVEDEX LLC FZ.
